Asset-Based 3PL and Logistics, Made to Scale

Growing businesses hit the same walls. Space runs short, capacity tightens, and freight sits unshipped. As an employee-owned 3PL logistics company, we own our trucks, employ our drivers, and run our warehouses, moving more than 100,000 shipments a year. We treat your problems like our problems, and we have since 1956.

Logistics and Warehousing Services, Under One Team

Start with the service you need and add more as you grow. Warehousing adds room, dedicated trucking gives you consistent capacity, logistics runs the freight plan, and cross docking keeps goods moving. Every person on our team is an owner, so your goals are our goals, too.

Beverage Is Our Specialty

Beverage logistics leaves no room for error. Mistakes can mean expired lots or missed deadlines. We manage lots by FIFO or FEFO, plan capacity for seasonal surges, and connect to retailers through EDI. We also run alcohol logistics from our certified Pittston, PA facility and support functional beverage distribution.

A network that supports nationwide distribution

Our strategically located warehouses ensure fast, reliable deliveries across the U.S., optimizing efficiency and driving cost savings at every step.

3PL and Logistics FAQs

What if my inventory spikes and I need space fast?

We scale storage up or down as your inventory changes. Some clients use our 3PL warehouses for short-term overflow during spikes, and others store with us long-term. Either way, you get real-time inventory tracking and 24/7 monitoring.

How will I know if a load is running late?

We track shipments with real-time GPS, and you can follow them in our client portal from pickup to delivery. If a pickup slips or weather causes a delay, our team flags it early and keeps you updated until the load delivers.

What is a dedicated contract carriage, and when does it make sense?

Dedicated contract carriage assigns equipment and drivers to your freight consistently, instead of sourcing capacity load by load. It fits repeat lanes and steady schedules. We own the trucks, employ the drivers, build routes around your delivery windows, and run dry van and refrigerated equipment.

What is cross docking, and is it right for my freight?

Cross docking moves goods from inbound trucks to outbound trucks with little or no storage in between. We unload, sort, and reload freight. Because we also run warehouses, freight that needs to wait can go into storage. Send us your lanes, and we’ll tell you straight whether it fits.

What is an asset-based 3PL?

An asset-based 3PL runs its own equipment instead of hiring out every load. We own our trucks, employ our drivers, and run our warehouses, so capacity and accountability stay with one team. You can start with one service and add more as you grow.
