Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Warehouse
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Warehouse is a part of the Distribution Center team and provides administrative support. The CSR is the liaison between the DC and outside parties such as receivers, shippers and DC clientele. At the advanced level, the CSR is able to provide seamless information from the Customer to the Warehouse, is proficient with day to day operations and with the
operating tools and system, understands the daily work flow and has good command of assigned duties and required responsibilities, and can efficiently execute intermediate level responsibilities with minimal assistance or input from others.
This position interacts with all departments.
A minimum of one to two (1-2) years of customer service or related experience, preferably in the transportation industry.
Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
This position is typically a 40 - 45 hour work week, and will be included on the weekend rotation schedule.
The Shipping/Receiving Clerk will assist in handling the daily administrative and organizational functions of the warehouse. This position maintains records of all activities and processes pertaining to the warehouse, and conducts all duties as delegated by the warehouse supervisor.
This position primarily interacts with other warehouse personnel.
Minimum experience of one (1) year working in a warehouse environment or related industry.
Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent
Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook are required
