The RC Moore Web Customer Service Portal is Under Development and will be available soon.

AT R. C. Moore, our ecommerce web portal for customer service is furnished by the TMW Systems eStat software: Our customer portal provides an easy-to-use and efficient tool for you to place orders, request quotes, track shipments and provide POD’s.

Freight Quotes. You can send in a “request for a quote” through a simple interface that captures all the details needed to quote the right rates, right away.

Tender a Shipment. You can quickly enter new orders that automatically transfer to Dispatch for review and acceptance.

Load tracking. It’s easy to track current loads and completed orders. Current status and latest position are provided from check calls, mobile communications and GPS information.

Order status. Specifies loads that are available, dispatched, parked, completed or invoiced.

Current load status. Provides load status and current location for all orders to be delivered within a selected date range.

Customer service. Showcases the performance for each customer with information on early and late arrival of loads for specific consignees, as well as date ranges with performance tolerances so our clients get the complete report.
